There appear to be three different ways to raise the mood around here.

The first is by setting up exciting items in the party venue.

And I in particular would be most pleased if you placed … that have been appraised!
I’m certain there are lots of other items that would help liven things up too, though.

The second way is by having Pokémon dance!

If you find a Pokémon who’s good at …hyping folks up and bring them near DJ Rotom, they’ll move to the music and liven up the place!
But it might feel a bit lonely with only one hype Pokémon...
I suggest you find several and bring them here!

And the final way is by placing pumpkin lantern towers in the venue.

Dish up food you’ve made on the pumpkin lantern towers and put them in the venue.
That’s sure to lift the spirits of the most food-motivated Pokémon, and the mood should rise.
